Terms and Conditions
Entry into the Social work Video Contest is subject to the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- This contest is open to people of all ages all over Pakistan. It is open to both individuals and teams.
- A representative or leader should, however, be designated in the case of a team submission.
- Videos can be produced in Urdu or English languages only.
- Show your amazing work that is putting a positive impact on the lives of your target communities
- The video should be of good quality and present a clear message.
- The suggested length of the video is between 03 minutes and 10 minutes. The video is not expected to be professionally produced but can be done using any technology (cameras, smartphones or animation) and edited by the participants themselves.
- Organizers will be allowed to make further editing or improvement.
- Content of video must not be illegal, offensive or abusive. Organizers will use the authority to exclude any video found inappropriate without telling the reason.
- Please submit your video through https://wetransfer.com/ and send the link as soon as possible. The final deadline for submitting the video link by E-Mail (careeratnpo@gmail.com) is 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, 31 May 2022.
- All contest participants grant THE NGO WORLD and NGO Talks Secretariats the perpetual license to copy, edit, display, publish and make available their submission materials and agree that THE NGO WORLD and NGO Talks may publish their names in connection with this video contest and the Social Work Promotion Campaign.
- It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that all videos have been taken with the permission of the subject(s) (or, where the submission shows any underage persons, the consent of their parent) and/or venue/location/photo or sound owner and does not infringe on the copyright of any third party. Entrants guarantee that they own the copyright for the submissions and for the usage rights required by the contest, and that their entry does not infringe on the privacy rights, copyright or any other rights of any person. Make sure it is not ever uploaded on Facebook, YouTube or any other social media network.
- A jury will decide the winners, based on how well the entries meet the criteria mentioned above. The jury will be composed of representatives of the THE NGO WORLD and NGO Talks teams. THE NGO WORLD and NGO Talks reserve the right to veto any entry at any stage of the competition.
- The winners will be announced on www.worldngoday.pk on 30 June 2022. Winners will also receive an e-mail notification from THE NGO WORLD.
- Winners may be requested to offer support to promotional activities related to the Social Work Promotion Campaign and this contest such as personal profiles, background information and photos.

Three winning videos will be selected and will be awarded cash prizes as follows:
1st Prize – PKR 100,000;
2nd Prize – PKR 50,000;
3rd Prize – PKR 30,000.
SWERA Awards shield will also be presented in a graceful ceremony.
